Ti splošni pogoji poslovanja urejajo razmerje med ponudnikom nastanitvenih storitev Motel Reich (URBANDY d.o.o., Partizanska cesta 1, 3320 Velenje; v nadaljevanju "ponudnik") in gostom. Z opravljeno rezervacijo, plačilom ali koriščenjem storitev gost potrdi, da je s temi pogoji seznanjen in da se z njimi strinja. Pogoji so po pravni naravi zavezujoči.
Rezervacije sprejemamo izključno prek:
Ponudnik ne odgovarja za rezervacije, opravljene prek nepooblaščenih platform ali posrednikov.
Rezervacije prek zunanjih platform (npr. Booking.com) so predmet splošnih pogojev teh platform. V primeru nasprotja med pogoji platforme in temi pogoji prevladajo pogoji platforme za tisti del rezervacije.
Cene sob so navedene v rezervacijskem sistemu in se lahko razlikujejo glede na tip sobe in sezono. Cene vključujejo DDV. Poleg cene sobe so plačljiva naslednja doplačila:

Rezervacija zahteva vsaj 2-dnevni rok pred prihodom. Za rezervacije, opravljene več kot 7 dni vnaprej, je ob rezervaciji zahtevana akontacija v višini 30 % celotne vrednosti; preostali znesek zapade v plačilo 7 dni pred prihodom.
Sprejemamo: gotovino, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB.
Brezplačna odpoved je mogoča do 5 dni pred načrtovanim datumom prihoda. Pri odpovedi v roku krajšem od 5 dni pred prihodom ali ob neupoštevanju dogovorjenega prihoda (no-show) povračilo ni predvideno, razen v primeru posebnih pogojev, dogovorjenih ob rezervaciji, ali pogojev platforme, prek katere je bila rezervacija opravljena.
V primeru predčasnega odhoda se rezervacija šteje kot v celoti koriščena in povračilo ni predvideno, razen če ponudniku uspe sobo znova oddati za preostalo obdobje.
Standardni čas prijave (check-in) je od 15.00, čas odjave (check-out) pa do 10.00. Zgodnja prijava in pozna odjava sta mogoči glede na razpoložljivost sobe in se obračunata po spodnjih lestvicah. Ob odhodu je gost dolžan vrniti kartico oz. ključ sobe in poravnati vse obveznosti do ponudnika.

Zasedenost sob: Vsaka soba sprejme največ 2 odrasli osebi in 1 otroka (7–18 let) ali do 2 otroka do 7. leta starosti. Za večje število gostov je potrebna dodatna soba. Gostje v okviru kapacitete sobe plačajo le turistično takso; dodatnega doplačila na osebo ni.
Gost je odgovoren za vso škodo, ki jo povzroči v prostorih motela, vključno z izgubo ključev. Škodo je dolžan poravnati takoj ali po prejetem računu.
Ponudnik ne odgovarja za krajo ali poškodbo osebnih predmetov gosta, za vozila na parkirišču ali za okoliščine, ki so zunaj razumnega nadzora ponudnika (višja sila).
Osebne podatke gostov obdelujemo v skladu z Uredbo EU 2016/679 (GDPR) in veljavno slovensko zakonodajo. Podrobnosti so opisane v naši Politiki zasebnosti.
Ponudnik si pridržuje pravico do spremembe teh pogojev. Veljavna različica je vedno objavljena na spletni strani. Za reševanje morebitnih sporov je pristojno sodišče v Republiki Sloveniji.

These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between the accommodation provider Motel Reich (URBANDY d.o.o., Partizanska cesta 1, 3320 Velenje; hereinafter the "Provider") and the guest. By making a booking, payment, or using the services, the guest confirms that they have read and agree to these terms. These terms are legally binding.
We accept bookings exclusively through:
The Provider is not responsible for bookings made through unauthorized platforms or intermediaries.
Bookings made through external platforms (e.g. Booking.com) are subject to the general terms of those platforms. In case of conflict between the platform's terms and these terms, the platform's terms shall prevail for that part of the booking.
Room prices are listed in the booking system and may vary depending on room type and season. Prices include VAT. In addition to the room price, the following surcharges apply:

Bookings require at least a 2-day notice before arrival. For bookings made more than 7 days in advance, a deposit of 30% of the total value is required at the time of booking; the remaining amount is due 7 days before arrival.
We accept: cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB.
Free cancellation is possible up to 5 days before the planned arrival date. For cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, no refund is provided, except under special conditions agreed at the time of booking or the terms of the platform through which the booking was made.
In case of early departure, the booking is considered fully used and no refund is provided, unless the Provider is able to re-let the room for the remaining period.
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to room availability and are charged according to the tables below. Upon departure, the guest must return the room card or key and settle all obligations to the Provider.

Room occupancy: Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 adults plus 1 child (aged 7–18), or up to 2 children under 7. Additional guests require a separate room. Guests within the room's capacity pay only the tourist tax; there is no extra per-person charge.
The guest is liable for any damage caused on the motel premises, including loss of keys. Damage must be compensated immediately or upon receipt of an invoice.
The Provider is not liable for theft or damage to the guest's personal belongings, for vehicles in the parking area, or for circumstances beyond the Provider's reasonable control (force majeure).
We process guest personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Slovenian law. Details are described in our Privacy Policy.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these terms. The current version is always published on the website. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Slovenia.

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen regeln das Verhältnis zwischen dem Unterkunftsanbieter Motel Reich (URBANDY d.o.o., Partizanska cesta 1, 3320 Velenje; im Folgenden „Anbieter") und dem Gast. Mit der Buchung, Zahlung oder Nutzung der Dienstleistungen bestätigt der Gast, dass er diese Bedingungen gelesen hat und ihnen zustimmt. Die Bedingungen sind rechtlich bindend.
Wir nehmen Buchungen ausschließlich entgegen über:
Der Anbieter haftet nicht für Buchungen, die über nicht autorisierte Plattformen oder Vermittler vorgenommen wurden.
Buchungen über externe Plattformen (z. B. Booking.com) unterliegen den allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen dieser Plattformen. Bei Widersprüchen zwischen den Plattformbedingungen und diesen Bedingungen gelten für den betreffenden Teil der Buchung die Plattformbedingungen.
Die Zimmerpreise sind im Buchungssystem angegeben und können je nach Zimmertyp und Saison variieren. Die Preise enthalten die Mehrwertsteuer. Zusätzlich zum Zimmerpreis fallen folgende Zuschläge an:

Für eine Buchung ist eine Vorlaufzeit von mindestens 2 Tagen vor Anreise erforderlich. Bei Buchungen, die mehr als 7 Tage im Voraus erfolgen, ist bei der Buchung eine Anzahlung von 30 % des Gesamtbetrags erforderlich; der Restbetrag ist 7 Tage vor Anreise fällig.

Eine kostenlose Stornierung ist bis zu 5 Tage vor dem geplanten Anreisedatum möglich. Bei einer Stornierung innerhalb von weniger als 5 Tagen vor Anreise oder bei Nichterscheinen (No-Show) ist keine Rückerstattung vorgesehen, außer bei besonderen, zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung vereinbarten Bedingungen oder den Bedingungen der Plattform, über die die Buchung erfolgt ist.
Bei vorzeitiger Abreise gilt die Buchung als vollständig genutzt, und es ist keine Rückerstattung vorgesehen, außer es gelingt dem Anbieter, das Zimmer für den verbleibenden Zeitraum erneut zu vermieten.
Der Standard-Check-in ist ab 15:00 Uhr, der Check-out bis 10:00 Uhr. Früher Check-in und später Check-out sind je nach Verfügbarkeit des Zimmers möglich und werden gemäß den folgenden Tabellen berechnet. Bei der Abreise ist der Gast verpflichtet, die Zimmerkarte bzw. den Schlüssel zurückzugeben und alle Verpflichtungen gegenüber dem Anbieter zu erfüllen.

Zimmerbelegung: Jedes Zimmer bietet Platz für maximal 2 Erwachsene plus 1 Kind (7–18 Jahre) oder bis zu 2 Kinder unter 7 Jahren. Für weitere Gäste ist ein zusätzliches Zimmer erforderlich. Gäste im Rahmen der Zimmerkapazität zahlen nur die Kurtaxe; ein zusätzlicher Aufpreis pro Person fällt nicht an.
Der Gast haftet für jeglichen Schaden, den er in den Räumlichkeiten des Motels verursacht, einschließlich Schlüsselverlust. Der Schaden ist sofort oder nach Erhalt der Rechnung zu begleichen.
Der Anbieter haftet nicht für Diebstahl oder Beschädigung persönlicher Gegenstände des Gastes, für Fahrzeuge auf dem Parkplatz oder für Umstände, die außerhalb der zumutbaren Kontrolle des Anbieters liegen (höhere Gewalt).
Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten der Gäste gemäß der EU-Verordnung 2016/679 (DSGVO) und dem geltenden slowenischen Recht. Einzelheiten sind in unserer Datenschutzerklärung beschrieben.
Der Anbieter behält sich das Recht vor, diese Bedingungen zu ändern. Die jeweils gültige Version wird stets auf der Website veröffentlicht. Für die Beilegung etwaiger Streitigkeiten ist das zuständige Gericht der Republik Slowenien zuständig.

Le presenti condizioni generali regolano il rapporto tra il fornitore di servizi di alloggio Motel Reich (URBANDY d.o.o., Partizanska cesta 1, 3320 Velenje; di seguito il "Fornitore") e l'ospite. Effettuando una prenotazione, un pagamento o utilizzando i servizi, l'ospite conferma di aver letto e accettato le presenti condizioni. Le condizioni sono giuridicamente vincolanti.
Accettiamo prenotazioni esclusivamente tramite:
Il Fornitore non è responsabile per prenotazioni effettuate tramite piattaforme o intermediari non autorizzati.
Le prenotazioni effettuate tramite piattaforme esterne (ad es. Booking.com) sono soggette alle condizioni generali di tali piattaforme. In caso di conflitto tra le condizioni della piattaforma e le presenti condizioni, prevalgono le condizioni della piattaforma per quella parte della prenotazione.
I prezzi delle camere sono indicati nel sistema di prenotazione e possono variare in base al tipo di camera e alla stagione. I prezzi includono l'IVA. Oltre al prezzo della camera, sono previsti i seguenti supplementi:

La prenotazione richiede un preavviso di almeno 2 giorni prima dell'arrivo. Per le prenotazioni effettuate con più di 7 giorni di anticipo, al momento della prenotazione è richiesto un acconto pari al 30% del valore totale; l'importo restante è dovuto 7 giorni prima dell'arrivo.
Accettiamo: contanti, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB.
La cancellazione gratuita è possibile fino a 5 giorni prima della data di arrivo prevista. In caso di cancellazione entro un termine inferiore a 5 giorni prima dell'arrivo, o in caso di mancata presentazione (no-show), non è previsto alcun rimborso, salvo condizioni speciali concordate al momento della prenotazione o le condizioni della piattaforma tramite cui è stata effettuata la prenotazione.
In caso di partenza anticipata, la prenotazione si considera interamente utilizzata e non è previsto alcun rimborso, salvo che il Fornitore riesca a rilocare la camera per il periodo restante.
Il check-in standard è dalle 15:00 e il check-out è entro le 10:00. Il check-in anticipato e il check-out posticipato sono disponibili in base alla disponibilità della camera e vengono addebitati secondo le tabelle seguenti. Al momento della partenza, l'ospite è tenuto a restituire la tessera o la chiave della camera e a saldare tutti gli obblighi nei confronti del Fornitore.

Occupazione della camera: Ogni camera ospita un massimo di 2 adulti più 1 bambino (7–18 anni) o fino a 2 bambini sotto i 7 anni. Per ospiti aggiuntivi è necessaria una camera separata. Gli ospiti entro la capacità della camera pagano solo la tassa di soggiorno; non è previsto alcun supplemento per persona.
L'ospite è responsabile di qualsiasi danno causato nei locali del motel, inclusa la perdita delle chiavi. Il danno deve essere risarcito immediatamente o dietro ricevimento di fattura.
Il Fornitore non è responsabile per furti o danni agli effetti personali dell'ospite, per i veicoli nel parcheggio, o per circostanze che esulano dal ragionevole controllo del Fornitore (forza maggiore).
Trattiamo i dati personali degli ospiti in conformità con il Regolamento UE 2016/679 (GDPR) e la normativa slovena applicabile. I dettagli sono descritti nella nostra Informativa sulla privacy.
Il Fornitore si riserva il diritto di modificare le presenti condizioni. La versione vigente è sempre pubblicata sul sito web. Per la risoluzione di eventuali controversie è competente il tribunale della Repubblica di Slovenia.
